At CTSI, a New Charter Company, we are seeking an Marketing and New Business Development Representative in Lubbock, TX or Frisco, TX (in other companies this person could hold the title of Business Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, Marketing Development Representative) to drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation, pipeline development, and client engagement.

This is an on-site position based in Lubbock, TX or Frisco, TX

In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership, utilize CRM platforms, and execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and in-person channels to generate qualified opportunities and build a strong pipeline.

You will maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while representing the company positively in all interactions.

To be successful in this role, you will consistently execute outreach strategies, manage lead activity and data with precision, and contribute to marketing-driven pipeline growth while maintaining strong communication and organizational discipline. You will demonstrate accountability for your activity levels and results, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and exceed lead generation targets.

General job duties include:

New Business Development Representative duties (Primary)

  • Identify, research, and target prospective clients within defined markets

  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts including calls, emails, and events

  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities

  • Qualify leads and coordinate hand-off to sales team or leadership for

  • closing

  • Develop and maintain prospect databases and CRM records with

  • accurate activity tracking

  • Establish initial relationships with decision-makers and key

  • influencers

  • Support and participate in networking events, trade shows, and

  • industry functions to generate new contacts

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting strategies and

  • outreach campaigns

  • Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives

  • Track campaign effectiveness and lead conversion metrics

Marketing Support duties (Secondary Focus)

  • Assist in developing targeted campaigns designed specifically for lead generation

  • Contribute content and ideas for email campaigns, outreach messaging, and digital engagement

  • Support website and social media updates with a focus on driving inbound leads

  • Coordinate with vendors and partners on co-marketing initiatives that produce measurable business opportunities

  • Help track and report on campaign effectiveness, lead conversion, and ROI

Required Experience:

  • High School Diploma

  • College experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to initiate conversations and build rapport

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Experience:

  • Marketing, Business, Communications, or related experience preferred

  • Confidence in outbound communication (phone, email, in-person)

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and travel to events, client sites, and tradeshows.

Compensation:

The compensation is expected to start at $40,000, plus commission. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
