  • Tremendous Upside Potential/ Transformative Medicines: Leveraged by its unique technology, cutting-edge science and a robust “first-in-class” pipeline (including multiple potentially transformative late-stage assets), this company is well-positioned for tremendous success and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL:

  • Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy across scientific, clinical, technical, corporate, and commercial functions
  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop scalable workforce planning initiatives
  • Build and optimize recruiting processes, systems, metrics, and operational infrastructure to support rapid organizational growth
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring strategies
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for senior and critical hires, including Director, VP, and executive-level searches
  • Develop and implement employer branding and talent attraction strategies to strengthen market presence
  • Manage and mentor recruiting team members and external search partners to ensure high-quality candidate experience and hiring outcomes
  • Establish data-driven recruiting KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor performance, pipeline health, and hiring effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align hiring priorities with organizational objectives
  • Evaluate and implement recruiting technologies, tools, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

QUALIFICATIONS:
