Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager for our Calgary office who is passionate about delivering on large and complex IT infrastructure for multiple clients! You enjoy building relationships with your colleagues, stakeholders and project teams and you have an analytical mind, technical experience, creative problem-solving ability and a strong curiosity about technology solutions that help businesses across various industries.

A Day in the Life:
  • Lead multiple complex IT projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, quality, and business objectives are achieved

  • Partner with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to develop project strategies, execution plans, and measurable success criteria

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing leadership, guidance, and recommendations to support business and technology objectives

  • Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, and communications while maintaining strong governance practices

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and executive reporting to ensure transparency, alignment, and successful decision-making

  • Measure project outcomes and business value realization through data-driven reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions that meet client and organizational goals.

What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in a Project Manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations

  • Experience managing digital transformation or IT infrastructure projects such as

    • Network upgrades or replacements (Cisco and/or Palo Alto)

    • Virtualization transitions (e.g., VMware to Nutanix preferred)

    • Microsoft SQL Server upgrades across multiple versions

    • Windows Server upgrades

    • Linux Server upgrades (RedHat and/or CentOS)

    • Storage infrastructure upgrades

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks

  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders

  • Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects

  • Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies

Expected Salary Range plus 10% variable earnings
