Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
Certifications: ITIL v3 or later Foundations certification required
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in network operations and a strong background in supporting mission-critical IT systems. In this role, you will assist with the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of network infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operation in support of mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze network performance to identify issues and optimize performance.
  • Provide technical support for day-to-day network operations, ensuring reliability, availability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents quickly.
  • Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
  • Support the implementation of IT infrastructure changes and network upgrades.
  • Apply ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.) to ensure efficient service delivery and incident resolution.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining network documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Report on network performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of network operations technical expertise.
  • Certifications: ITIL v3 or later Foundations certification required.
  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with network management tools and technologies.
