Job Description

We’re seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Development Lead to join our Technical Operations team. This role will be responsible for leading internal NetSuite ERP development, building and improving workflows, supporting integrations, and translating high-level business processes into scalable system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong NetSuite development experience, a deep understanding of ERP workflows, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, eCommerce, purchasing, sales, and leadership teams to improve system efficiency and business visibility.

Requirements

Key ResponsibilitiesNetSuite Development & Workflow Management

Develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite workflows, scripts, records, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.

Build scalable internal tools and automations to support business processes across departments.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through NetSuite customization and process automation.

Support ongoing NetSuite ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, and system improvements.

Business Process & ERP Support

Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.

Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to support operational growth.

Support process development for order management, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, finance, customer records, item management, and reporting.

Systems Integration & Technical Operations

Support integrations between NetSuite, Magento 2,, third-party platforms, and related business systems.

Assist with API-driven data flows, middleware connections, and system troubleshooting.

Maintain strong data integrity across connected platforms.

Troubleshoot system issues, workflow errors, data discrepancies, and integration challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a key technical resource for internal NetSuite questions, improvements, and development needs.

Collaborate with leadership and department managers to prioritize ERP projects.

Provide clear communication on system limitations, timelines, and recommended solutions.

Document processes, workflows, customizations, and technical changes for long-term internal support.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Strong NetSuite development experience, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, custom records, custom forms, roles, permissions, and dashboards.

Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP business processes and internal operational workflows.

Experience building workflows and automations that support finance, operations, sales, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and eCommerce teams.

Experience with NetSuite integrations, APIs, middleware, or connected systems.

Working knowledge of Magento 2, WordPress, or eCommerce platforms is a plus.

Strong Excel and data management abilities.

Ability to understand complex business processes and convert them into clear technical solutions.

Strong problem-solving, organization, documentation, and communication skills.

Experience managing or leading ERP development projects is preferred.

Coding and development background strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Background in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field preferred.

4+ years of experience with NetSuite administration, development, ERP systems, or technical business systems.

Hands‑on experience with NetSuite customization, modules, and workflow development required.

Familiarity with Office 365.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to legally work in the U.S.

Advancement within the Technical Operations, ERP, and Digital Systems departments.
