Job Summary
As a Senior NetSuite Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP platform. You will ensure that NetSuite supports Consumer Cellular's evolving business needs, including finance, inventory, and customer relationship management. You will drive system improvements and collaborate with various teams at Consumer Cellular to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.
Responsibilities
• NetSuite Administration: Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it supports business operations effectively and securely.
• System Optimization & Customization: Lead efforts to optimize and customize NetSuite for business requirements, using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other development tools to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
• Code Management: Manage the implementation of new code for modules, system upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• User Support & Training: Provide expert-level support to internal users, resolve technical issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective system adoption across departments.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with key business units (Finance, Operations, Customer Support) to understand their requirements, translating those needs into NetSuite solutions that support business goals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights that inform strategic business decisions.
