Your New Role
  • Administer, develop, and optimize the NetSuite ERP environment

  • Design and implement SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports

  • Build and maintain integrations with platforms including Akeneo, Boomi, HubSpot, Logicbroker, SPS Commerce, and Zapier

  • Collaborate with Finance teams to support month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness

  • Improve ERP automation, operational workflows, and overall data quality

  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage NetSuite updates, releases, and sandbox testing

  • Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite ERP solutions

  • Support and train internal users to maximize system adoption and operational efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to improve ERP performance and streamline business processes

  • Work onsite with company leadership and cross-functional departments in Hickory, Kentucky

  • 8+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience

  • Advanced expertise with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBilling

  • Strong experience with NetSuite customization, workflows, automation, dashboards, saved searches, and reporting

  • Proven success in integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms and middleware solutions

  • Strong SQL and JavaScript development skills

  • Experience with Oracle databases and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)

  • Solid understanding of financial systems, including GL, AR/AP, procurement, and revenue recognition

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience building scalable ERP solutions in fast-growing organizations is preferred
