The Role

The Demand Planning & NetSuite Administrator reports to our Director of Planning and plays a critical role at the intersection of demand planning, supply chain, data analytics, and business systems. This position will be responsible for supporting and improving our demand planning processes while serving as a key internal resource and subject matter expert for NetSuite.

We are looking for a highly analytical, systems-oriented individual who understands both how the business operates and how an ERP system should support the business. This person will not simply maintain data or run reports—they will actively identify issues, troubleshoot system problems, improve processes, and help implement NetSuite functionality that enables the organization to operate more efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on NetSuite experience, including the ability to investigate and resolve issues, manage system configuration and data integrity, understand integrations, and work with internal teams and external developers/consultants when necessary. Experience implementing or optimizing demand planning and forecasting is highly desirable.

On the planning side, this role will support forecasting, inventory planning, purchasing, and analysis of finished goods and packaging. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between detailed data analysis, business process improvement, and hands-on ERP administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, learning systems, improving processes, and taking ownership.

And you must love dogs—you can expect at least 2 four-legged coworkers on any given day!

  • Improve system workflows, automation, and controls to reduce manual processes and workarounds
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend system improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Develop and maintain finished goods and packaging forecasts using historical sales, trends, seasonality, inventory, and business inputs.
  • Support implementation and optimization of Netsuite demand planning and forecasting.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, sales trends, inventory levels, lead times, and demand changes.
  • Partner with the Director of Planning to improve forecasting methodologies, reporting, and planning processes.

  • Conduct packaging cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Reporting & Business Analysis

  • Develop and maintain Netsuite reports, saved searches, dashboards, and planning KPIs
  • Provide analysis and ad hoc reporting to support Planning, Operations, Finance, Sales, and other teams.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field

  • Hands-on NetSuite administration experience required including configuration, workflows, saved searches, reporting, dashboards, permissions, and master data.
