Job Description

We are looking for a Web Developer to implement and manage tracking tags to capture user behavior across digital platforms. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.

Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deploy tags using tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager and Tealium

  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to define tracking requirements

  • Validate data layer implementations and troubleshoot tagging issues

  • Maintain documentation and version control of tagging configurations

  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data governance standards

What You'll Need
Required:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and tag management platforms

  • Understanding of web analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy

Preferred:

  • Experience working across marketing and analytics teams

  • Familiarity with personalization or digital optimization initiatives

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$35-$40 per hour
