Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Siemens PLM Support Engineer to support users of Siemens Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Capital, and other Xcelerator tools. This role provides Tier 1/Tier 2 support, manages the help desk queue, and handles troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and issue escalation across enterprise PLM environments. The position is remote with travel to St. Louis, MO. *This position requires an active Secret Clearance* Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary contact for Siemens PLM users, delivering Tier 1/Tier 2 support. • Perform triage, troubleshooting, log analysis, and issue categorization for help desk tickets. • Manage support channels, ensuring timely responses and full lifecycle ticket ownership. • Collaborate with users, SMEs, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues. • Deploy, configure, and maintain Teamcenter using TEM and Deployment Center. • Support Teamcenter across test, staging, and production environments. • Work within Linux/Windows Server environments, virtual networks, cloud platforms, and identity/security systems. • Use scripting/automation tools to improve deployments and sustainment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience • 5–8 years of PLM/enterprise IT experience • 3+ years with Siemens Teamcenter/Xcelerator or 5+ years with comparable PLM tools (ENOVIA, Windchill, Aras, Agile) • Strong experience with Teamcenter deployment methodologies (TEM, Deployment Center) • Background with Linux, Windows Server, networking, web/proxy servers, cloud platforms, automation tools, identity systems, and enterprise databases • Ability to support and maintain complex PLM environments • Strong communication and cross‑team collaboration skills • Active Secret Clearance Preferred: • Familiarity with DoD SRG, RMF, and ATO processes • Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Compensation:
Salary: $160,000–$170,000 depending on experience This position opens to applicants on 3/2, and applications will be accepted for a minimum of 30 days from the posting date.
