Connected Logistics builds secure, mission-critical IT and logistics solutions for the U.S. Army and other federal stakeholders. Connected Logistics is seeking a Web Developer/Engineer - Basic for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Program Office, located in Battle Creek, MI.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of secure, high-performance web applications that support various CAGE operations and missions. A key distinction from general web development is the mandatory adherence to strict government security and compliance standards. General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
  • Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
  • Research, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
  • Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
  • Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
  • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management.
  • Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools.
  • Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Participates in developing software user manuals.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in computer science or related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in scripting, software development, web page design and development, hands-on software development/web-page development.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online (SPO), or related applications.
  • Experience utilizing C#, .NET, HTML, XML.
  • Good customer relation skills.
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
  • 8570/8140 - Category IAT Level II, such as SEC+ or SEC+ CE, CySA
