As Finance Manager at Lely Center in Lidköping, you play a key role in strengthening our financial foundation while helping the business grow. You combine hands‑on accounting expertise with a forward‑looking perspective, supporting both management and local teams with insights that truly make a difference.

At Lely Center Lidköping, you work alongside colleagues who are passionate about supporting farmers with innovative solutions. In this role, you ensure that our financial processes run smoothly, transparently, and efficiently, so the business can focus on what matters most.

You take ownership of the full finance function, combining operational excellence with strategic insight. You ensure accurate reporting and compliance, while also translating financial data into clear recommendations that support decision‑making. As part of the management team, you collaborate closely with Lely’s Financial Shared Service Center in the Netherlands and contribute to strong financial governance across the organization.

You lead a small and dedicated team within finance and administration and support them in their development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • You lead and develop the finance and administration team
  • You own and improve accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • You oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, the general ledger, and supporting processes
  • You manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles
  • You coordinate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control to support performance
  • You drive continuous improvements in financial processes and contribute to overall business efficiency

You bring a strong foundation in accounting and understand how financial insights contribute to business success. You work in a structured and accurate way and feel comfortable collaborating across teams to achieve shared goals.

Additionally, you bring the following:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar finance role with a strong focus on accounting
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, cost control, and budgeting
  • Experience working with ERP systems (experience with Movex is a plus)
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
