As a Partner Manager - Scale Partners, you will be responsible for owning the relationship and  driving business growth through strategic partnership(s). You will lead the development and execution of business plans with reseller(s), ensuring alignment with NetApp’s objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities. Your role will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with all stakeholders across the partner(s), enabling them to effectively sell NetApp solutions.

Job Requirements
  • Identify and Develop Key Relationships: Research and identify key stakeholders across management, sales & specialist datacentre/solutions teams that align with NetApp’s business goals. Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture these relationships.
  • Manage Reseller Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for Scale Partner(s) across all offices, ensuring effective communication, support, and collaboration. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with partner management, sales leaders, and the sales & specialist teams to develop joint sales campaigns and drive sales growth. Monitor performance and provide guidance to achieve mutual success through effective funnel management, utilising the NetApp Partner programs and developing your own narrative to activate the Partners’ sellers.
  • Develop and Implement Programs: Create and implement reseller programs, incentives, and marketing initiatives to motivate and support resellers in achieving sales targets.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide training and resources to resellers to ensure they are knowledgeable about NetApp products and services. Conduct regular training sessions and updates.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine reseller strategies and identify new growth areas.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal NetApp sales & technical teams & marketing to align reseller strategies with our overall business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of reseller initiatives. Regularly report on performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement, by leveraging leading indicators & business intelligence.
Skills & Competencies
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Deep understanding of the Partners' goals and ability to demonstrate value to Partners and understanding the wider ecosystem.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to coordinate and lead multiple concurrent selling efforts by NetApp sales specialists and partners.
  • Ability to speak credibly on a variety of modern computing, storage, and cloud technologies/concepts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Related experience in business development, partner management, or channel sales in the IT industry.
