We are an AI-first organization, continuously applying modern tools and workflows to improve how we plan, execute, and deliver outcomes. ------------------------------- About the Role As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will help Themis move opportunities forward by keeping leads organized, maintaining CRM hygiene, and driving disciplined follow-up across Themis and Survalent sales resources. Themis sells an AI subscription solution into utilities, starting with existing Survalent customers and expanding to net-new targets over time. This is an early-career role (typically 3+ years of experience) for someone who is highly organized, communicates with professionalism and initiative, and can work cross-functionally to keep pipeline momentum. ------------------------------- In this role, you will * Manage multiple internal and external projects across different stages and priorities * Structure and track work in Notion (source of truth), including timelines, deliverables, and status * Consistently use AI tools to streamline tracking, automate reporting, and improve collaboration * Maintain dashboards with clear visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies * Track milestones, dependencies, and key activities to ensure consistent forward momentum * Run project meetings, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through * Identify risks and blockers early and coordinate resolution * Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, clarifying priorities and escalating when needed * Support customer-facing projects (pilots, contracts), ensuring clear expectations and delivery * Work with engineering teams to track and report on progress without managing development directly * Develop a working understanding of Themis products, customers, and industry to improve coordination and decision-making * Support presentations or light product walkthroughs when needed * Continuously improve workflows, templates, and tracking approaches * Share lessons learned and contribute to team effectiveness * Operate flexibly in a small team environment ------------------------------- Quality bar We care deeply about quality because this work represents the Themis brand: * Professional writing and formatting; proofread before sending * Clean, consistent reporting with current next steps * Collateral follows templates/branding; no outdated versions sent ------------------------------- You might thrive in this role if you * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment (Sales Ops Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, junior SDR, or similar) * Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented * Comfortable working in CRMs with strong pipeline discipline (stages, next steps, activity logging, aging) * Confident with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for tracking, reporting, and basic analysis * Familiar with B2B sales language and sales process fundamentals (qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, close) * Able to communicate with professionalism, assertiveness, and initiative—especially when coordinating across Survalent and Themis * Able to draft clear, concise prospect emails and internal summaries * Comfortable drafting and polishing sales materials in existing templates ------------------------------- Bonus * Notion power user (databases, views, filters, light reporting) * Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills (formatting, layout, and polishing in templates) * Prior exposure to utilities or enterprise software sales motions ------------------------------- What success looks like * Projects are organized, visible, and progressing consistently * Teams are aligned and able to execute with less friction * Stakeholders have clear, reliable insight into status and outcomes * Customer engagements are coordinated professionally * AI tools are actively used to improve efficiency and collaboration * Project management becomes more effective and scalable over time   This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role (four days in-office) reporting directly to the President.
