WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US

As a Senior Software Engineer, you are responsible for complex software features from design through delivery until the support of users. You focus on respective time zone users (particularly NA area) and provide bug fixes, new features and code improvements. Big part of your responsibilities will be working with stakeholders being end users but also other teams in Engineering domain.

This is a DevOps role requiring not only development skills but also participating in bug fixing, testing, investigating and supporting users with additional focus on security. Requires being engaged and proactive.

You work with modern AI tools and have the opportunity to participate in great AI Hackathons organized together with Microsoft (check recap from recent event here AI Hackathon 2026).

As an Engineer in Service Orchestration you will be part of international team building reliable, scalable services, orchestrating workflows and integrations, and automating operational processes. We work on developing self-service tools that allow our stakeholders to deploy and manage cloud environments.

We develop backend (API) and frontend (web application) using mainly:

  • C# .NET
  • Angular
  • Azure

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Design, implement, and maintain DevOps practices and tools to streamline the development and deployment pipeline
  • Automate infrastructure management and deployment processes to enhance the quality and speed of software delivery
  • Work closely with development and operations teams to integrate and optimize deployment processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, deployment, and infrastructure
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the stability and health of systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of applications
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and suggest enhancements to existing processes

For Toronto City only: The annual base salary range for this position is 99840 - 118400,00 CAD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans.
