Care Partner - CNA 2nd Shift

Requirements for a CNA:
Completion of a State Approved 75-hour Nurse Aide Training Program within 4 months prior to starting date.
  • Current/valid CNA certificate in Ohio
Additional Requirements
  • Must be emotionally mature and demonstrate sound judgment, be flexible, patient, caring, and have a sense of humor.
  • Must be reliable and responsible and have good communication skills and demonstrate sensitivity to, empathy for, and an interest in older adults and those with cognitive impairments.
  • Ability to identify special resident problems and/or change in resident's condition and report to the Neighborhood Coordinator.
  • Ability to provide direct resident care as assigned.
  • Ability to perform other related duties as directed by the Neighborhood Coordinator.
  • Ability to know, understand and exemplify the Mission Values of Jennings: Respect, Hospitality, Community, Discovery of Potential and Celebration of Life
  • Completion of a State Approved 75-hour Nurse Aide Training Program; passing grade on the State Competency examination; good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, and carry out instructions.
  • Must be physically able to bend, push, lift, stand extensively, and perform assigned responsibilities.
