• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing various modalities tailored to promote personal growth and improve mental well-being.
• Set therapeutic goals with clients and diligently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring access to care for clients facing geographical, physical, or logistical barriers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to enhance therapy skills and expand your clinical expertise.

Your role will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to facilitate recovery and promote resilience among clients from varied backgrounds. We focus on creating inclusive treatment plans that respect cultural differences and personal experiences.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate and empathetic disposition with a commitment to a non-judgmental approach in therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, particularly in managing client schedules and treatment documentation.

• Experience in a private practice setting is preferred, particularly with telehealth services.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• A background working with diverse populations, particularly underserved communities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, you will benefit from:
