• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions to meet regulatory and ethical standards while ensuring effective care delivery.

Our services cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, attunement to client needs, and the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients, promoting a safe therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable efficient caseload management.

Though not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings, particularly those focusing on trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), will be given preference. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and techniques is also beneficial for delivering virtual care effectively.
