The ideal candidate is a full-cycle recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a strong track record of partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and close exceptional talent across highly technical and business-critical teams. You should be comfortable operating autonomously, managing multiple searches simultaneously, and acting as a strategic talent partner to the business.
This is a remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones to support collaboration with hiring teams.
What you'll do:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Platform, Analytics, and Product
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, define candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes
  • Source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
  • Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for technical and functional fit, communication skills, and culture alignment
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Drive hiring process efficiency, interview calibration, and stakeholder communication
  • Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on market trends, compensation insights, and recruiting best practices
What you have:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical and product recruiting
  • Proven success recruiting for roles across Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Data Platform, and Product
  • Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage high-caliber passive talent
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a high level of organization and urgency
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Strong business partnership mindset with a consultative recruiting approach
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment
What makes you stand out:
  • Experience recruiting in gaming, consumer tech, sports tech, fintech, or high-growth digital platforms
  • Previous experience working as a contract recruiter in embedded TA environments
  • Familiarity with technical interview processes and organizational structures across engineering and data functions
Where you'll live:
  • While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates. #LI-Remote

Benefits you'll receive:
In addition to your great compensation package, full-time employees will be eligible for the following perks:
  • Company-subsidized medical, dental, & vision plans
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Annual bonus
  • Flexible PTO to encourage a healthy work/life balance (2 weeks STRONGLY encouraged!)
  • Generous paid leave programs, including 16-week paid parental leave and disability benefits
  • Workplace flexibility and modern work schedules focused on getting the job done, not hours clocked
  • Company-wide in-person events and team outings
  • Lifestyle enhancement program
  • Company equipment provided (Windows & Mac options)
  • Annual performance reviews with opportunities for growth and career development
