This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.

This job posting is for candidate pipeline purposes and is not an active hiring opportunity. Bysubmittingyour application, you are expressing interest in potential future Project Employee openings within the Basketball Operations team. We will keep your information on file and may contact you if a suitable position becomes available.

Position Summary:

This position willbe responsible formonitoringthe stats system on a nightly basis, confirming stats lines, and notifying in-arena crews of discrepancies.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of the live stats system confirming each stat line

  • Notify courtside statistician of discrepancies

  • Become the primary statistician if the courtside stats feed fails

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Superior level of basketball knowledge

  • Clear understanding of NBA game rules

  • Strong computer and technical skills

  • Excellent communication skills and active listening skills

  • Precise anddetail orientedapproach to all tasks

  • Playing and/or officiating basketball

  • Basketball video analysis

  • Must display a passion for the game of basketball

Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
