  • Establish and maintain configuration control processes for interfaces between APPA systems, weapons models, constructive entity-generating systems, and aircraft platforms.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and architectural issues related to interoperability across LVC networks and distributed systems.
  • Develop and maintain Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) documentation and support technical review activities throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions for multi-level security enterprise networks and cloud-based data environments.
  • Support the integration of systems used to harvest, ingest, process, and store mission and training data from live, virtual, and constructive entities and associated systems.
  • Ensure high-confidence data ingestion, data integrity, and reliable system performance assessment capabilities.
  • Integrate advanced analytics, visualization tools, and high-fidelity modeling technologies to support event reconstruction, mission analysis, and operational performance assessments.
  • Support development of adaptive learning and training capabilities through data-driven system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of the Navy (DoN) data governance policies, cybersecurity requirements, and systems engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to support program objectives and technical execution.
