Position โ€“ Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3)

Location โ€“ Department of Navy Chief Information Officer's (DON CIO) Information Technology โ€“ Arlington, VA

Pay Rate โ€“ $85,000 - $95,000

Contract โ€“ 5 YEARS

**Must have at least a Secret Clearance

Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3).

 Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Responsibilities:

ยท       Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations.

ยท        Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC h/w and s/w, printer problems and network applications. 

ยท        Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices.

ยท        Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas.

ยท        Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens.

Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Qualifications:

ยท        Must have a Security+ Certification.

ยท        7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment.

ยท        Experience as a Navy Trusted Agent for issuing SIPR Tokens.

ยท        Need some leadership experience to assist with the helpdesk on tasks, projects and clientโ€™s initiatives.

ยท        Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer service attitude.
