Job description

Chief of Staff
The Opportunity:
As a Chief of Staff, you understand the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs demand a significant investment of limited resources, and it's essential to keep the work on a productive path. That's why we need you-an experienced program and project management specialist who brings clear communication, steady judgment, and reliable support to fast-moving efforts.
Programs function best when someone helps connect the dots, maintain momentum, and look ahead. Your ability to support leaders, manage details, and keep the team grounded will directly influence how smoothly our work moves forward. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the dependable problem-solver - the person who steps in, gets things organized, and helps everyone do their best work.
Work with us and ensure a mission-critical customer accomplishes its project goals within budget as we strengthen the final outcomes of the program.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience with program management and senior advising, including leading people, tasks, and office operations
  • 7+ years of experience directly supporting senior leadership in a PMO, PEO, or PAE environment
  • 5+ years of experience creating senior-level briefs, white papers, and strategic communication products
  • Experience with supporting leadership through calendar management, meeting preparation, and day-to-day coordination
  • Experience with manage processes, such as access requests, document control, and basic administrative workflows
  • Ability to work independently and support both internal teams and external clients
  • Ability to travel 20-50% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience supporting DoD or acquisition programs
  • 10+ years of experience supporting Navy or NAVSEA programs, including undersea or surface warfare
  • 5+ years of experience working in software environments, such as development, integration, program management, or technical support
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Business Operations, or Public Administration preferred; Master's degree in Leadership, Business Operations, or Public Administration a plus

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Our recognition awards program acknowledges employees for exceptional performance and superior demonstration of our values.
