Lead meetings and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, inventories, schedules, move plans, and key decisions.

Evaluate FF&E strategies, including reuse of existing furniture, procurement of new products, or hybrid solutions.

Plan FF&E activities with construction teams and stakeholders to align installation with construction milestones, move milestones, schedule requirements, and site readiness.

Manage move logistics, sequencing, phasing, relocations, and decommissioning in alignment with project objectives.

Identify and mitigate schedule risks and critical path issues.

Assist clients with change management needs and communications.

Provide regular written updates on project status, risks, and changes.

Review drawings and specifications for move logistics and FF&E requirements.

Oversee on-site activities, including FF&E installation, and resolve issues in real time.

Conduct final walkthroughs, manage punch lists, audit invoices, and complete closeout documentation, including inventories and warranties.

Support business development and client relationship activities.

Mentor and supervise junior staff.
