What you will do:
The Home Care RN performs admission of patients, recertification's, resumption of care, supervisory and routine visits. The RN implements the plan of care for patients. Attends Case Conferences and Weekend Reports. Performs and documents OASIS data sets. The RN provides care needed as described in departmental policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Education:Valid RN License
Preferred Education:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Required Technical Skills:Current American Heart Association CPR Certificate, Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance
Required Experience:Minimal 1 year in medical setting
Preferred Experience:
1-5 years home health experience
Required Licensure /Registration /Certification:
Valid RN License in State of Texas
