Job description

In partnership with National Lumber Corp,  we are seeking a motivated Outside Lumber Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other industry professionals while promoting our extensive line of products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

· Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations and solutions

· Generate sales quotes, process orders, and track customer deliveries

· Stay up to date with market trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

· Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings to strengthen relationships

Qualifications:

· Sales experience in the building materials industry, including lumber, windows, doors, and moldings a plus

· Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

· Proficiency basic computer skills

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
