Job Summary

The Logistics Manager supports the Sr. Logistics Manager for end-to-end logistics, materials management, vendor coordination, warehouse operations, and site logistics across the data center construction and operations projects. This role ensures timely availability of materials and equipment, strict adherence to safety, cost control, KPI performance, and seamless coordination with clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The Logistics Manager plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, preventing delays, managing OFCI/CFCI assets, fleet management and ensuring compliance with client and company processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing, ordering, tracking, and delivery of materials and equipment (OFCI/CFCI).
  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, safety stock, and asset management.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of materials to meet project milestones and site requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, subcontractor POs, RMAs, and large rental/vendor programs.
  • Coordinate site logistics with GCs, hyper scale data center clients including mobilization, laydown, material movement, and vendor escorting.
  • Support AP activities: invoice-to-PO matching, credits, vendor payment coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare monthly reports, manage KPIs, and drive cost savings and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Lead logistics-related safety activities, weekly safety training, and SOP compliance.
  • Participate in weekly client and site meetings; ensure all logistics-related deadlines are met.
  • Train client and internal teams on logistics processes, tools, and procedures.

equired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+; years of logistics, supply chain, procurement or materials management experience in construction, data center, or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong experience managing OFCI/CFCI materials, warehouses, and multi-site operations.
  • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong vendor management, financial coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Certifications & Skills

  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • APICS / CSCP / CPIM (preferred)
  • Experience supporting hyperscale or mission-critical facilities
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytics skills
