National Roving Leasing Consultant 

???? $27–$29/hour + Monthly Commissions

Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a National Roving Leasing Consultant to support apartment communities across our national portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the nation's largest privately owned multifamily companies, stepping in where you're needed most to help communities succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a National Roving Leasing Consultant, you'll travel to apartment communities that need experienced leasing support. Every assignment is different, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact by:

  • Driving occupancy through effective leasing strategies
  • Supporting new lease-up communities and property transitions
  • Touring prospective residents and closing leases
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process
  • Processing applications, lease documents, renewals, and move-ins
  • Executing outreach and marketing initiatives within local markets
  • Conducting competitive market surveys
  • Maintaining accurate leasing records in Yardi
  • Ensuring model apartments and curb appeal meet company standards
  • Coaching and mentoring onsite leasing teams when needed

Travel Schedule:

  • Travel approximately 3 weeks at a time to communities throughout the portfolio
  • Enjoy 1 full week off between travel rotations
  • Travel reimbursement provided according to company policy

We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of multifamily leasing experience or strong customer-facing sales experience
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding leasing goals
  • Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform in changing environments
  • Positive attitude and willingness to travel extensively
