The Los Angeles Dodgers currently have a job opportunity for a Fan Services Representative. Following you will find a brief description of the job and application process. Title: Fan Services Representative Department: Security & Guest Services Status: Part-Time, Seasonal Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour* Reports to: Manager, Fan Services *Compensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training. The Fan Services Representative will be responsible for greeting fans and directing them throughout Dodger Stadium. Additionally, they will be responsible for distributing information and receiving, routing and resolving incoming fan comments and concerns. The Representatives will take the lead on communicating and forging relationships with Dodger fans. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and provide them with Dodger Stadium information (directions, club history, policies and procedures, etc.)
  • Address guests' concerns, complaints and compliments in a professional and timely manner
  • Input and track all applicable data provided by fans into customer service system
  • Ensure concerns are addressed and communicated to management
  • Work closely with all other departments to resolve issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers to ensure positive interaction as it relates to the fan experience
  • Provide random acts of kindness for our guests, especially children and those visiting Dodger Stadium for special occasions to provide positive, lasting memories
  • Perform related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum two to three years' work experience in customer service
  • Possess strong listening skills including the ability to empathize with our guests and people in our community
  • Maintain a positive outlook that demonstrates approachability and friendliness
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent organizational record keeping and planning skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, multilingual is a plus (fluency in Spanish, Korean, Chinese or Japanese is preferred)
  • Ability to stand for entire four (4) to seven (7) hour per shift; walk; reach with hands and arms and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work evenings, nights and holidays as needed
