We are seeking a Spanish Immigration Paralegal individual who is passionate, talented, and has at least 3 or more years of immigration law experience focused in USCIS case management. This individual should have the capacity to manage a reasonable USCIS case load and have strong knowledge of immigration law and EOIR case type processes is a plus.

Job Qualifications and Competencies
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently is REQUIRED
- 3 - years of Immigration experience is Required, 3-5 or more years of Experience is preferred
- Focused in EOIR case management, with strong knowledge of USCIS cases and immigration law
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, internet proficient

Job Description
- Work with supervisor and supervising attorneys to oversee case management
- Communicate with clients to explain immigration process and requirements
- Collect relevant information and documents in support of applications
- Fill out applications accurately and review for any errors
- Manage and meet client and task deadlines-Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide detailed notes in office case management system
- Translate documents as needed
- Provide assistance to team as needed
- Contribute ideas to further grow and develop our firm
-Have reliable transportation to occasional travel to court or post office and important errands
