About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support several leaders on the executive team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, plan events, act as a liaison for internal teams, and provide personal assistance as needed.
We need a sharp, dependable partner who can anticipate needs, maintain alignment on what matters most, and ensure information flows seamlessly across the organization.
In this role, you will
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings across competing requests, and keep schedules running smoothly
  • Handle travel and event logistics end-to-end, including last-minute changes and plans
  • Act as a central point of contact, keeping communication moving and organized
  • Support preparation for meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups and action items
  • Support personal logistics and requests
  • Help support team culture through onboarding, events, and day-to-day coordination
  • Track and manage team budgets and financial reporting

Your background looks something like this
  • Have 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level leaders or founders (ideally in a fast paced start-up environment)
  • Excel at managing complex calendars, travel, and competing priorities with precision
  • Are proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, always thinking two steps ahead
  • Communicate effectively, concise when needed, detailed when necessary
