Music Label & Entertainment - We are looking for a music executive assistant to provide high-level operational and administrative support to our industry leaders, such as label presidents, A&R heads, or artist managers. You will serve as critical gatekeepers, managing complex calendars, coordinating VIP communications, booking heavy travel, and ensuring fast-paced projects stay on schedule in a highly dynamic environment. Sometimes you will be traveling from state to state depending on which executive you are assigned to.

  • Calendar & Gatekeeping: Manage complex, rapidly changing schedules across multiple time zones, screen calls, and prioritize urgent requests.
  • Travel Coordination: Book detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Meeting & Event Prep: Compile briefing documents, organize catering, set up A/V tech, and coordinate internal staff meetings or industry showcases.
