Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide primary support to the Chief Revenue Officer, while also assisting the broader executive team as needed to help ensure company goals are achieved and operations run efficiently. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving internal processes that support senior executives across the organization, coordinating internal and external resources to streamline workflow, managing communication between leadership and employees, and helping ensure executive priorities are aligned with organizational goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Chief Revenue Officer, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and company logistics, while ensuring alignment with executive leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, along with the flow of information to senior executives and the CEO's office to maintain alignment on priorities, communications, and organizational initiatives.
  • Support executive leadership cadence by managing agendas, preparing materials, and driving follow-ups for leadership and executive committee meetings.
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives' travel and related activities, including hotel bookings, transportation, and logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Lead coordination and logistics for executive offsites, sales kickoffs, leadership meetings, and large-scale external events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Track executive action items, decisions, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure timely execution of business priorities while maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality.
  • Perform other responsibilities as reasonably required in alignment with the purpose of the role.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with discretion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and coordinate across multiple time zones.
