Job description

HFM Realty seeking new career-minded real estate agents.
You must have an active real estate license. HFM Realty is a fully licensed RE Brokerage for Residential and Commercial sales. A remote real estate agency providing full services for buyers and marketing services for sellers. Training and support will be provided, full-time agents are preferred, and part-time is an option. Simple start-up process, agent use technology system.  Property valuation system and market reports provided. Career and commission split growth. Full agent support.
New and veterans agents are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
  • Must have an active Real Estate License.
  • Must have real estate knowledge and experience.
  • Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
  • Posses self-managing business skills for prospecting, negotiating and communicating.
  • On-point and responsive.
  • Utilize technology via computer, printer, scanner, email, cellphone, and applications.
  • Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service attitude.
  • Receive ongoing training and support.
