Job description

As the Multimedia/AV Technician, you will have a background in multimedia systems and AV support to support critical government and intelligence initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Set up and operate multimedia equipment including microphones, video projectors, monitors, and recording devices
* Provide technical support for meetings, briefings, training sessions, and teleconferences
* Ensure AV systems are fully functional, properly maintained, and compliant with safety protocols
* Interpret customer needs to tailor technical solutions for presentations and events
* Test and troubleshoot integrated visual and audio content across multiple platforms
* Assist in the development and deployment of high-quality AV and multimedia solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless event execution and technical readiness
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * High school diploma/GED with 10 years, Associate's with 8 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Master's with 4 years KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Proven expertise in AV systems and multimedia equipment operation
* Strong troubleshooting, testing, and integration skills
* Effective communication and independent problem-solving abilities
* Experience supporting high-level executive or secure environments
