Multimedia Producer (Social Video & Podcast Content) Indianapolis, IN (Onsite - 5 days/week) $60,000-$80,000 DOE Full-Time | Start ASAP Our client, a leading retail brand, is seeking a Multimedia Producer to join its in-house creative team. This hands-on role is ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives producing social-first video content , podcasts/streaming content , and engaging multimedia experiences from concept through final delivery. You WILL: Produce end-to-end video content from concept, scripting, shooting, and editing through final delivery. Create short- and long-form content for organic and paid social media , digital campaigns, and brand initiatives. Lead podcast and/or streaming production , including planning, recording, editing, and publishing. Capture video and photography for campaigns, events, interviews, and brand storytelling. Develop motion graphics and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life. You HAVE: 4+ years of multimedia or video production experience. Experience producing podcasts and/or streaming content end-to-end. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom .
