Multifamily Marketing Specialist (Apartments)
Rapid City, SD & Sioux City, IA
Full-Time Regional Role
$50,000-$56,000 per year (DOE)
Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a Multifamily Marketing Specialist to help drive leasing performance across our apartment communities in Rapid City, SD and Sioux City, IA.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute property marketing plans that increase traffic and occupancy
  • Partner with Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to improve leasing performance
  • Analyze market trends, occupancy, pricing, and competitors to make marketing recommendations
  • Manage online reputation, social media, and digital advertising
  • Review leasing calls and provide coaching to improve conversions
  • Train leasing teams through GraceHill, webinars, and other learning platforms
  • Audit leasing activity, YARDI data, and marketing compliance
  • Prepare marketing and performance reports while identifying new opportunities for growth

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily preferred)
  • 1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout Rapid City, SD and Sioux City, IA
