Job description

Job Summary

The Assistant Reporting Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director of Finance, Senior Reporting Manager, and Marketing & Sales Leadership in all aspects of reporting. This role is critical in assisting the Marketing Leadership teams to achieve their objectives and goals. This position will assist in managing all Marketing production reporting and database management which supports and impacts the decision-making process for leadership (i.e. performance metrics - sales and hourly compensation analysis to budget). In addition, is responsible for completing audits, analyzing/interpreting data and maintaining/editing production databases to ensure compliance and improve processes and efficiencies.

Specific Expected Contributions

  • Designs, modifies and assists in managing and improving all Call Center databases to meet changing business needs, including;

    • Associate data related to production/performance

    • Attendance/utilization

    • Commissions

    • Turnover Report

    • Staffing information

  • Analyzes and reports on Call Center teams' production metrics on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Knowledge of Call Center metrics and calculations to support business leaders

  • Completes full analysis on reports to ensure accuracy, as well as recommends process improvement.

  • Maintains highly confidential information.

  • Assists Director of Finance with period, quarter, and year end closing procedures.

  • Responsible for processing Accounts Payable invoices and obtaining Director of Finance approvals.

  • Completes daily updates in production databases within the guidelines and timetables.

  • Responsible for reporting on hourly compensation metrics.

  • Prepares hourly payroll commissions

  • Responsible for LDR hourly commission audits

  • Responsible for auditing and researching Preview package pipeline on a period basis by:

    • Organizes and sorts data to determine trends

    • Partners with Marketing managers to resolve issues

    • Follows up to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting

  • Manages gift card process which includes inventory to mitigate loss and ensures accurate payroll taxation compliance.

  • Administers OTM menu setups including new hire and termed OTM associate profiles (creates ID's, modifies views).

  • Assist with the oversight of items handled by 3rd party vendor

    • marketing refunds and / or check requests

    • marketing related bank disputes

    • off property invoices

  • Maintaining relationships with off property when issues arise with invoices

  • Responsible for maintaining marketing audit reports

Specific Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or related field experience preferred.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in reporting, auditing, and/or business operations.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word.

  • Knowledge of MVWC internal reporting software (i.e. SalesForce and any other related tools).

  • Marketing Operations / Call Center experience preferred.

Compensation Range - $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
