  • 2+ years of apartment industry or multifamily property management experience required
  • Previous experience managing multiple properties preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with budgeting, collections, occupancy management, and resident relations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and communities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
