The Multi-Unit Manager is responsible for leading multiple Arden's Garden retail locations through strong leadership, coaching, accountability, and team development. This role focuses on building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The primary responsibility of this role is not to cover shifts, but to develop people, strengthen leadership, and drive performance across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop exceptional team members and leaders
• Coach and support Operations Specialists and Shift Leaders
• Drive sales growth and overall store performance
• Ensure operational excellence and consistency across locations
• Build accountability and strengthen team culture
