Amirah Ventures LLC, an authorized retailer of Jamba Juice, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Multi-Store Retail Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations in Houston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, managing teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all stores.


Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain brand standards, manage inventory, and ensure smooth functioning of all stores.

Sales & Performance: Drive revenue growth, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage store teams while maintaining a high-performance culture.

Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service, handle feedback, and maintain product quality.

Financial Management: Manage P&L;, budgets, and cost control; report performance to leadership.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies through regular audits.
