As a Multi-Unit Retail Sales Manager, you'll lead by example, empower your team, and ensure outstanding service across multiple stores. Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain store operations, staffing, scheduling, and marketing efforts.
  • Accountable for overseeing all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
  • Coach and develop team members to excel in customer service and sales.
  • Resolve customer issues to enhance their Metro By T-Mobile experience.
  • Drive sales and operational excellence through embracing new initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Recruit team members passionate about technology and customer relationships.
  • Support team growth through training development and mentorship.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices.

  • Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget.
  • Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit.

What You Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
  • 2-4 years in sales and sales management experience
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences
  • Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
