Job description

Are you a proven leader ready to step up and run a small patch of stores? We are looking for a professional Multi-Unit General Manager to take full operational ownership of our Arvada/Youngfield Subway locations. We believe in rewarding leaders for real results. That’s why we offer a stable, premium salary combined with a transparent bonus structure that rewards you for driving profit and building great teams across both stores.

? Our Culture

At Subway, we are more than just sandwich shops—we are a fast-paced, high-energy team dedicated to fresh food and outstanding guest service. We take pride in clean, welcoming environments and a positive team culture where every Sandwich Artist can thrive under strong leadership.

? The Financial Breakdown

We don’t just offer a "job"; we offer a stable, professional multi-unit career path with high-performance upside.

·       Annual Salary: $52,000-$62,000 per year DOE, paid bi-weekly based on a management schedule of 50+ hours/week (or as needed by job demand).

·       Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra $400 per month ($4,800 annually) by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth across your patch.

·       Total Value: A predictable base income with a transparent bonus structure that puts your total earning potential well above the market average.

? What’s In It For You?

·       Time Off: 1 week of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually to ensure you stay energized.

·       Autonomy: You are the CEO of your patch. You build your management team, you set the regional culture, and you drive the collective success of your stores.

? Schedule & Operations Expectations

·       Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the operational needs of the restaurants.

·       Multi-Unit Travel & Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to travel routinely between the Evergreen and Idaho Springs locations to conduct audits, manage inventory transfers, handle bank deposits, and respond to urgent store demands.

·       Hands-on Leadership: General Managers must lead by example, working peak hours alongside the store teams during heavy volume periods to ensure corporate brand standards are met.

? What We’re Looking For:

·       5-7+ years of restaurant management experience with a deep, proven focus on multi-unit P&L, multi-site labor control, and food costs.

·       A "Coach" mentality—you excel at developing Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to reduce turnover across multiple stores.

·       A professional who treats the entire multi-unit business as if it were their own.
