Job description

Seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee 25+ family-style casual dining restaurants across CO, NE, WI, IA, IL. This role drives operational performance, develops restaurant leadership teams, and ensures consistent guest experience and profitability across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership for 25+ restaurant locations across multiple markets.
  • Manage and develop Restaurant Managers and District Managers, ensuring accountability for sales, labor, food cost, and operational standards.
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets to meet profit objectives.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to improve sales, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Conduct restaurant visits, inspections, and cash audits to ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
  • Lead new unit openings and support local marketing initiatives.
  • Resolve guest issues, employee conflicts, and operational concerns escalated beyond the restaurant level.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant leadership talent and recommend promotions.
  • Maintain strong communication between restaurant teams and corporate leadership.
