Job description

The Multi Unit Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations across 4-6 restaurant units, each seating more than 100 guests. This role requires regular travel between locations and direct reporting to the Director of Operations. The manager will lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant units
  • Supervise and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and cost control
  • Ensure superior customer service and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and ordering processes
  • Provide training and development programs for team members
  • Coordinate travel between units daily and weekly as needed
  • Report operational performance and issues to the Director of Operations
