Lead Operations Across Multiple Growing Restaurant Brands


A fast-growing restaurant company is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to lead multiple casual dining concepts under one unified culture and leadership philosophy. This is an opportunity for an experienced multi-unit leader who thrives in high-volume environments, develops strong teams, and knows how to scale operational excellence across diverse restaurant brands.


The ideal candidate is a people-first leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, creating alignment across operations, culture, guest experience, and financial performance. This role will be based in Colorado Springs and will oversee multiple restaurants and brands throughout the region.


What You'll Do


Operational Leadership

  • Provide leadership and support to General Managers and multi-unit leadership teams across multiple restaurant brands.
  • Drive operational consistency while preserving the unique identity of each concept.
  • Ensure execution of company standards, systems, food quality, service excellence, and profitability goals.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to coach, develop, and support leadership teams.
  • Identify operational opportunities and implement solutions that improve performance and guest satisfaction.


Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing restaurant leadership teams.
  • Create succession plans and talent pipelines for future growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead performance management, training initiatives, and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with Human Resources to drive retention, recruiting, and employee engagement strategies.


Financial Performance

  • Own restaurant-level P&L performance across multiple locations.
  • Drive sales growth, labor productivity, cost controls, and profitability.
  • Analyze operational metrics and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory controls, labor management, and operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with senior leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.


Guest Experience & Brand Execution

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently across all locations.
  • Champion hospitality standards and service excellence.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to improve satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain brand standards while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.


Growth & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support new restaurant openings, acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic business objectives.
  • Help create scalable systems and processes to support future expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and business performance.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience.
  • Experience overseeing multiple casual dining restaurants.
  • Proven success managing restaurant P&Ls and driving profitability.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Experience leading through growth, change, and organizational development.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining alignment with a shared company culture.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Director of Operations, Area Director, Regional Director, Regional Vice President, or equivalent leadership experience.
