Annual Salary:$52,000-$60,000 per year, paid bi-weekly based on a management schedule of 50+ hours/week (or as needed by job demand).

Total Value:A predictable base income with a transparent bonus structure that puts your total earning potential well above the market average.

?What We're Looking For:

5-7+ yearsof restaurant management experience with a deep, proven focus on multi-unit P&L, multi-site labor control, and food costs.

A"Coach" mentality-you excel at developing Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to reduce turnover across multiple stores.
