Hearts for the Homeless is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Multi-Site Retail Operations Manager who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day store operations and help drive the business forward.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, wants to grow professionally, and is eager to make a measurable impact. The right candidate will be proactive, accountable, comfortable making decisions, and motivated by achieving strong results.

The Multi-Site Retail Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, support and guide the store team, maintain high standards for customer service and store presentation, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results.

Prior retail management experience is not required. A background in business, management, operations, leadership, or another results-driven environment is helpful. A degree in business, management, operations, or a related field is preferred.
