Job description

Beverly Hills-based boutique property management firm is seeking a Multi-site Manager to manage a group of 4-7 properties in the West Hollywood and Westwood areas. Started in 2022 as a subscription living firm, they have grown to a full-service property management company. The firm specializes in smaller luxury apartment communities with concierge and developments ranging from 4 units to 72 units, with some commercial.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years of apartment management experience as a Property Manager,  Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant or Resident Specialist with a strong understanding of the demands of luxury living and with at least 100 apartment homes. * Please note, this position does not include housing.


Requirements

•    Minimum 3 years of recent professional property management experience as an Assistant Manager, Leasing Consultant or Resident Services 
•    Experience with at least 100 apartment homes
•    Training in Fair Housing in the past year, certificate required 
•    Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and follow up to completion of items.
•    Available for emergency calls on evenings and weekends
•    Strong computer and communication skills 
•    Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
•    High School Diploma or GED, minimum.
•    Car and a valid driver's license with current insurance

Essential duties

•    The Multi- Site Manager manages the daily operations 4 - 7 properties     
•    Tour prospective residents showing vacant apartments and the property amenities.
•    Provide concierge services to residents as defined by client.
•    Assist current residents with maintenance requests
•    Schedule vendors, including maintenance and cleaning
•    Walk each property daily and tend to any issues
•    Maintain the curb appeal of the property.    
•    Drop off packages to residents’ apartments
•    Create and host Resident Events
•    Monitor Security Cameras
