Job description

Center of Reentry Excellence(CORE) Site Manager
The CORE Site Manager works under the supervision of the Reentry Center Director and will oversee the operation of the CORE Program, ensure compliance with applicable contracts, and demonstrate progress towards established Participant and Program outcomes. The Site Manager must adeptly work with the reentry population directly and by managing, directing, and/or implementing significant site-based programming for this population. The Site Manager will also be responsible for engaging stakeholders in the Center's work, building key partnerships to support onsite activities, and the coaching and professional development of Center staff. Alameda County residents and formerly incarcerated individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Program Management: Responsibility for developing and maintaining constructive business partnerships; support the simultaneous performance of multiple service delivery contracts; manage a team's ability to meet outcome goals, productivity targets, and all other performance metrics; proactively engage challenges, opportunities, risks, unusual events, or program changes with appropriate action.
  • People Management: Direct and indirect supervision of a Multi -Services Team; includes resource planning; hiring, personnel development and performance management, conduct weekly check-ins with team members, document and monitor development plans for each team member
  • Quality Assurance: Responsibility for adherence to all Rubicon and funder protocols and contract requirements for accurate and timely client data collection and reporting. Requires collaborating with Quality Assurance Manager, other Program Managers and involves developing and/or continuously improving team processes, procedures and protocols, create a Richmond Site Manager Guidebook
  • Worksite Operations: Implementation and enforcement of policies and protocols necessary for a productive and safe working environment; includes direct oversight of day-to-day jobsite activities.
  • Effective Communication: Conveying complex and important information to a variety of audiences in both the verbal and written forms; collaborate with other Site Managers to ensure program fidelity and procedural consistency

  • Ability to demonstrate a proficient understanding of Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Cultural Responsiveness, and Coaching
  • Ability to analyze, report on, and appropriately respond to performance related measurements and metrics
  • A college degree, with a Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or quality assurance highly desirable. A person without a degree may meet this requirement with three years of experience designing, implementing or evaluating the performance of direct service programs. This experience should include documenting procedures, developing reports, supervising service delivery staff, and ensuring compliance with programmatic requirements.

COMPENSATION:
  • Salary $74-81K annually.
