Pay Range: $62,400 - $65,000/annually
Position Responsibilities:
Based out of Rochester, NY, the Multi-Site Manager drives operational excellence, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple fleet management and transportation accounts throughout the Western New York region. This dynamic, hands-on role requires an agile leader who splits time between strategic client relations, administrative oversight, and active fieldwork across regional vehicle lots. As the primary point of contact for local accounts, you will manage end-to-end staffing, lead and coach personnel, and directly oversee fleet logistics. Because this position coordinates operations across several physical locations, frequent regional travel by car, prolonged driving, and a high level of physical stamina are core components of daily operations. Documents daily attendance and ensure accuracy of timekeeping system.
  • Drive operational success across multiple Western NY accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to meet all needs.
  • Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and coaching employees. Planning and directing work.
  • Evaluate performance, issue disciplinary action where needed, address and resolve problems, terminate employees.
  • Schedule staff and cover missing shifts when needed.
  • Inspect areas, hold safety meetings, and enforce codes.
  • Direct and communicate with staff regarding productivity and document performance issues as necessary. Escalate any misconduct or policy violations to HR immediately as applicable.
  • Inspect all work areas to detect and correct any unsafe work conditions as well as ensure staff is wearing proper attire.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and safety training. Ensure employees follow and understand all safety procedures.
  • Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the transportation or maintenance of vehicles. Inspects or review projects to monitor compliance with safety codes, or other state regulations.
  • Position reports to the Regional Manager/Regional Director.

Qualifications:
  • Must be based in or able to regularly commute from Rochester, NY
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) strongly preferred, but not required. Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience with customer account relations, and prior experience in the rental car industry required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years prior experience in managing or leading a team of employees.
  • Ideal candidates have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are customer service oriented, fosters teamwork and promotes safety. Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Computer skill including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and internet skills.
  • Applicant must meet our minimum hiring age, have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
  • Minimum 4 years of prior qualified driving experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policies and procedure manuals. Ability to fill out write routine logs, reports and correspondence. Ability to manage scheduled, timekeeping records and payroll records.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation commensurate with education and experience. The option to enroll in health benefits are offered to all full-time employees on the first of the month following 60+ days of employment. Paid Holidays and paid time off.
